MYTHS – a pin-hole camera and story-telling workshop.

Wednesday 16th August 2pm – 5pm (Then stay for a bowl of soup in the bothy afterwards at 5.30pm)

Kelley O’Brien has been on residency at SSW for the past month exploring the myths and folklore of the Scottish forests and hills and how they can relate to our present understanding of our environment. Kelley would love your help in predicting the future mythologies of Lumsden as part of the workshop on Wednesday 16th August. Using homemade pin-hole cameras we will experiment with new ways of viewing our community as the foundation for writing myths about Lumsden from the prospective of the future. This is a free event, accessible to all but we recommend participants are 8+. For more information please visit our News page or contact: arts@ssw.org.uk / 01464 861372.
