Chair-based yoga for seniors promoting flexibility,
strength and relaxation for greater wellbeing.
Ages from 65 to 90, but any and all are welcome.
All exercises are performed while seated or
standing using the chair for support. Classes are
drop-in with no subscription or obligation.
