CLAN Cancer Support in Alford. From Tuesday, 4th September, CLAN Cancer Support will be providing drop-in information and support for anyone affected by cancer within the Alford Library Community Room. This support is offered free of charge and is open to anyone affected by a diagnosis, whether personally, through a family member, friend or colleague.
CLAN will be holding a stakeholders meeting on Tuesday 28th August between 10.30am and 11.30am for anyone wishing to find out more about the service. A volunteers information session will also be held on Saturday 18th August between 10.15am and 12.15pm for anyone interested in supporting the service through volunteering. Both events will be held in the Alford Library.
