Zumba Gold class is an easy to follow, low intensity form of Zumba aimed at those who may be slightly older, less mobile, haven’t exercised in a while or are new to Zumba and although it’s still a dance exercise class it focuses more on getting the participants moving, helping to improve their balance, flexibility, coordination, brain function & well-being.
