Alford Rotary and members of the community organise the Alford KT Bike Run as an annual community and family event – see ‘KTBike Run Poster 1sm.jpg’ – this gives a summary of what’s going on and who we are supporting this year….
This year we have a craft fair, face painting, charity stalls, BBQ and refreshments in the arena from 10.00 – 14.00, whilst the riders are on the course – see crafters poster.jpg.
3 local gentlemen, that is Bill Slee, Guy Bewick and Bob Barr, who have previously had cancer, call themselves the ‘Had-It’ Team and are raising money for the event. Really great! See Hadit team.jpg www.BTMydonate.BT.com/teams/
Jean Bell, a local artist from Aboyne, has designed the logo. We are selling blue T-shirts, featuring her design, but more importantly, riders who gain £50+ sponsorship using BT Donate, get a special yellow t-shirt and those with £100+ sponsorship get a red one. see 3 tshirts.jpg
